No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Smart Features require you to have a wireless Internet connection and data connectivity for your Smart Appliance and mobile device. You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining and paying for all network devices (modems, routers, etc.) and data plans.

The delivery agent won’t attempt to connect or disconnect to saddle or needle type valves, only permanent in-line water valves. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. If customers fail to take delivery within 6 months after the date of purchase, no further arrangements can be made. If the dryer is installed in a closet, make sure proper ventilation requirements are met.
